Terms & Conditions

Private Event: Charity Uncorked events are private and require a valid entry ticket. Admission without a ticket is strictly prohibited.

Beneficiary Donations: Proceeds from admission tickets and silent auctions will be donated to the designated beneficiary of each event. 

Raffle Proceeds: Proceeds from raffle ticket sales are allocated to cover Charity Uncorked's operating costs. Raffle tickets are non-refundable.

Raffle Winners: Winners of the raffle must be present at the event to claim their prize. Winners will be notified through the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Responsible Drinking: Guests are expected to drink responsibly at all Charity Uncorked events. Charity Uncorked strongly recommends that guests bring a designated driver or arrange alternative transportation to avoid driving under the influence of alcohol.

Liability: Charity Uncorked and its associated partners are not liable for any incidents or accidents that occur as a result of alcohol consumption at our events. By attending, guests acknowledge their responsibility for their own actions and the actions of their guests.

Admission Rights: Charity Uncorked reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the event who is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or behaving in a manner that is disruptive or unsafe.

Event Changes: Charity Uncorked reserves the right to make changes to the event, including date, time, and venue, with notice to ticket holders.

Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by Charity Uncorked.

By purchasing a ticket and attending a Charity Uncorked event, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Thank you for supporting our mission and the beneficiaries of our events.
